Recipe Ingredients for Home made yogurt

4 cups skim milk
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Home made yogurt

  1. bring 4 cups skim milk and 1/2 cup powdered milk almost to a boil (but do not let boil)

  2. let cool to between 100F to 110F

  3. stir in 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  4. pour into glasses and set yogurt maker to 8 to 10 hours. Refrigerate immediately.
