Home-made yellow curry w/ tofu, broccoli and snow peas

Recipe Ingredients for home-made yellow curry + tofu

3 serving Simmer Sauce
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup raw Snow Peas
15 oz Extra Firm Tofu
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.75 cup Mahatma Basmati Aged Imported Enriched Indian Fragrant Rice

Recipe Directions for home-made yellow curry + tofu

Dry and saute diced tofu in olive oil. Add sauce to tofu, let simmer while chopped vegetables added. Cook rice separately. Allow veggies to simmer until done.
