4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
2.5 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1 serving Baking Soda
7 oz Pure Cane Sugar
3 large Egg, Whole
6 oz Canola Oil
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Home made whole wheat banana bread

  1. 3 whole eggs

  2. 3/4 of Canola oil

  3. 4 ripe banana's

  4. 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

  5. 1 tsp. baking soda

  6. 2 tsp. cinnamon ground

  7. 1 cup of chocolate chips/chunks optional

  8. cream together 4 bananas, sugar, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Add whole wheat flour, baking soda slowly with hand mixer. Add cinnamon and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 F for 40 min or done in center.
