1/2 cup Black Beans, Organic
1/2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 large Egg, Whole
0.3 cup chopped raw Vidalia Onion
1 serving Catsup
2 tsp Yellow Mustard
2 tbsp Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp Essence

Recipe Directions for home made veggie burgers

chop spinach, mash beans a little, add water to oats to make very thick. Blend all together and pan fry till browned. makes 3 nice burgers.
