Recipe Ingredients for Home made tortilla pizza

1 medium tortilla
5 pepperoni slices
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup onions
2 tablespoons pizza sauce

Recipe Directions for Home made tortilla pizza

  1. Spread pizza sauce on a tortilla shell

  2. Cut and cube a small amount of onion, as much or as little as desired (less than a 1/4 cup for this recipe)

  3. Measure out some mushrooms (as per onion instructions)

  4. In a steamer, steam the onions and mushroom together.

  5. Put steamed ingredients on tortilla shell.

  6. Place pepperoni on tortilla shell.

  7. Grate mozzarella cheese, and spread over tortilla shell.

  8. Place in Microwave and cook for 1 minute, or until cheese has melted.

  9. Cut up some fresh basil and toss on top of heated pizza.

  10. Fold if desired (easier to eat this way), and serve.
