Recipe Ingredients for Home-made Tomato Sauce

1 1/2 cups raw onion
1/2 cup chopped garlic
102 ounce of canned tomatoes
1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe Directions for Home-made Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot

  2. Add chopped onions and garlic

  3. Simmer until lightly browned

  4. Add can of peeled tomatoes (with the juice)

  5. Bring to a boil

  6. Reduce heat and simmer for a few hours
