450 g self-raising flour
150 g butter
50 g sugar
80 g raisins
200 g semi-skimmed milk

Recipe Directions for home-made scones

  1. rub butter and flour together,

  2. add sugar raisins and salt.

  3. Mix.

  4. Add milk and make a soft dough.

  5. Cook in pre-heated hot oven (240C) for 8 min.
