6 Raviolis a serving - Cheese and Veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Raviolis

1 cup white wheat flour
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
8 9/10 oz. low fat ricotta cheese
3 2/5 oz mozzarella cheese
1 4/5 oz Parmesan cheese
2 cup spinach
1 cup cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Home Made Raviolis

  1. Mix flours and make a well in center. Add eggs, 1 tbspoil and milk. Mix to form dough.

  2. Rest dough 20 minutes and roll into pasta.

  3. Saute veggies in 1 tbsp olive oil. Let cool and add cheeses.

  4. Form raviolis and boil 5 minutes.
