6 raviolis is a serving - cheese and veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Raviolis

1 cup white wheat flour
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
8 9/10 oz. low fat ricotta cheese
3 2/5 oz mozzarella cheese
1 4/5 oz Parmesan cheese
2 cup spinach
1 cup cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Home Made Raviolis

  1. Mix flours together, make a well in center.

  2. Beat eggs and add to well.

  3. Gradually mix eggs and flour to make dough, and let sit for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Mix cheeses and shredded spinach together

  5. Roll out dough and make 24 raviolis.

  6. Let dry one hour and refridgerate and then boil to enjoy!
