Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Potatos Au Gratin

5 potatoes
1 onion
8 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 cup 1 %milk

Recipe Directions for Home Made Potatos Au Gratin

  1. Preheat over 350 & spray 9x13 backing pan with spray oil

  2. Slice potatos crosswise

  3. Chip onion

  4. Mix potatos & onion in pan

  5. Pour milk over

  6. Salt & pepper to taste

  7. Shred cheddar cheese over top

  8. Cover with foil & bake for 1 hour. Remove cover & bake 15 additional minutes. Remove from oven & left set 5 minutes
