Homemade pizza with pepperoni, spinach, green pepper and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Home-Made Pizza

1 dash Salt, Table
1/4 cup Unico Pizza Sauce - Garlic
1 cup Spinach
4 slice (1-3/8" dia x 1/8" thick) Pepperoni, Pork, Beef
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
3 clove Garlic
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Home-Made Pizza

  1. Prepare yeast: place in 1 1/2 cups on lukewarm water and let sit for 5 min until it begins to bubble.

  2. Place flour on working surface. Create a mound with a hole in the center. Place yeast in the hole. Add oil and pinch of salt. Use spatula to draw ingredients together. Mix with hands until dough like consistency. Place flour on working surface. Knead dough just until no longer sticking to hands. Spread small amount of oil in bowl. Place dough in bowl and cover with towel. Allow to sit 1-2 hours until dough twice original size.

  3. Punch out dough with hands to remove air bubbles. Using rolling pin and hands, shape dough into a thin circle about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer to pizza tray. Add pizza sauce, toppings and cover with cheese. Bake in oven at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until browned and desired crispness.
