Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Pizza

1 cup water
1 tbs yeast
1 tbs sugar
2 tsp kosher salt
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tbs olive oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
2 1/2 oz canadian bacon, diced
1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced
1/2 cup pineapple, diced
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Home Made Pizza

  1. mix first 6 ingredients together for crust. Knead for several minutes. Let rise for about 1 hour. Press into large cookie sheet or pizza sheet.

  2. Top with remaining ingredients and bake at 425 for about 20 minutes.
