Pizza with cheese and black olives

Recipe Ingredients for Home made Pizza

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. yeast
2/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. olive oil
12 oz. part-skim mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 oz. black olives, chopped

Recipe Directions for Home made Pizza

  1. Start yeast in warm water with the sugar. Mix into the flour and knead on a floured counter for about five minutes or until no longer sticky and flexible.

  2. Allow to rise in a bowl greased with olive oil in a warm place for about 30 minutes or until doubled.

  3. Punch down and spread on a cookie or pizza pan. Top with tomato sauce, cheese and olives. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 or until edge of crust is golden brown.
