Delicious home made pizza! This recipe will make thin crust, but dough can be easily doubled to make 2 thin crust pizzas. Original recipe calls for 4 cups of flour and 2 cups of water for 2 pizzas but the crust will be thicker. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Pizza

1 cup white flour
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 lb chicken breast
4 oz cremini mushrooms
1/4 white onion

Recipe Directions for Home Made Pizza

  1. Mix together flour, salt and yeast.

  2. Slowly add water, mix with dry ingredients.

  3. Sprinkle flour on counter, knead dough for approx. 5 mins, adding flour as needed.

  4. Rub a small amount of oil on ball of dough, put in covered container for 25 mins to rise.

  5. While dough is rising, prepare toppings as wanted.

  6. Heat oven to 375 F.

  7. Once pizza(s) are ready to bake, put in oven for 25-30 mins.
