Start with the crust. This recipe makes it easy to make everyone their own pizza personalized with their own toppings.

Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Pizza Dough

1 1/3 cup warm water
1 teaspoon active yeast
4 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Home Made Pizza Dough

  1. Add warm water and yeast to food processor, quickly pulse and let rest while you measure the rest of the ingredients.

  2. Add the flour first, then top with salt and just 1 Tablespoon olive oil. Mix till it forms a ball.

  3. Place dough in medium size mixing bowl coated with remaining 1/2 Tablespoon olive oil.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap or dsh towel and set away from drafts. Let rise for 1 1/2-2 hours.

  5. Divide dough into 4 equal parts for thin crust pizzas. For 32 slices.(nuturent information based on 4 pizzas yeilding 32 slices.

  6. This dough can be divided into two for thicker crusts or divided into 8 for individual size pizzas.
