This pizza features a homemade pizza crust that you make in the bread machine using the dough cycle.

Recipe Ingredients for Home made piza

2 cup warm water
4 cup bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. oregano, dried
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 1/2 tsp. yeast
2 lb. ground venison
2 onions, chopped
8 ounce mushrooms
12 ounce Ripe olives
16 ounce Mozzerella Cheese

Recipe Directions for Home made piza

  1. Add first 9 ingredients in order given to your bread machine pan and press the dough cycle.

  2. When timer beeps take dough out and cover 3 pizza pans.

  3. Let rise 5 - 10 minutes.

  4. Pre-bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes.

  5. Brown ground venison.

  6. Chop veggies.

  7. Assemble pizza & bake at 425 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

  8. ENJOY!
