Recipe Ingredients for Home made Pita Chips

4 pita, large, whole wheat
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Home made Pita Chips

  1. cut each pita into 8 pieces and place on baking sheets

  2. mix oil, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, pepper and salt in a bowl

  3. brush oil mix onto pitas lightly

  4. put in oven at 400 deg for about 7-10 min or until they are golden.

  5. They do burn easily
