Home made pico de gallo, add more jalapenos to make it hotter. You could add 1 habanero pepper if you like it really hot!

Recipe Ingredients for Home made pico de gallo

2 roma tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
1 jalapeno pepper
1 cup of fresh cilantro
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Home made pico de gallo

  1. dice tomatoes, onion,

  2. chop fresh cilantro.

  3. Mince jalapeno (to your taste)

  4. In a mixing bowl, mix tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno

  5. add cilantro and mix thoroughly.

  6. sprinkle salt, and mix.

  7. add the lemon and lime juice. (you may add more juice for more flavor.)
