Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Pad Thai

395 g Thai Rice Stick Noodles
3 cup,+chopped+or+diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 medium red pepper
1/2 medium green pepper
1/2 yellow pepper (pepper,+large+(3-3/4"+long,+3"+dia))
1/2 Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
3 c bean sprouts
3 whole eggs
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
250 g PC Blue Menu Pad Thai Sauce
5 tbsp cilantro
5 tbsp green onion
75 g unsalted peanuts

Recipe Directions for Home Made Pad Thai

  1. Boil water, then remove from heat and immerse dry rice noodles and set aside to soak while other ingredients are underway.

  2. Chop chicken breasts and fry in 2T Pad Thai Sauce and some water, set aside when cooked.

  3. Add garlic, onions, and chopped peppers to a hot wok and cook in some water. When soft, add bean sprouts, then chicken and remaining Pad Thai Sauce.

  4. Drain cooked rice noodles and add to wok, cook whole mess over medium heat for a few minutes.

  5. Garnish with chopped, fresh cilantro and green onions, and crushed unsalted peanuts.
