Home made noodles using stone ground whole wheat flour

Recipe Ingredients for Home made noodles

1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup flour, white
2/3 cup flour, stone ground whole wheat
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Home made noodles

  1. Mix egg beaters and half cup of white flour until blended.

  2. Add salt, and slowly add the whole wheat flour. stirring until thoroughly mixed.

  3. divide dough into two balls.

  4. take one ball of dough and put on pastry cloth lightly floured, roll out to thickness desired. Cut into strips.

  5. Set aside, Repeat with the remaining ball of dough.

  6. Just before serving, add noodles to soup mixture.

  7. to use later - place cut noodles on a cookie sheet in a single layer and freeze. When frozen, remove from cookie, place in freezer bag for a later use.
