Recipe Ingredients for Home-made mac and cheese

13.25 oz Whole Wheat Penne
8 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
1 cup Nonfat Yogurt
14 oz Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk Reduced Fat

Recipe Directions for Home-made mac and cheese

Cook full box of whole wheat pasta according to directions. Reserve 2 cups of cooking water, and drain the pasta. Return to pot, and add yogurt, mustard, 1 tsp garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix to incorporate, then start adding shredded cheese. Stir over low heat, adding reserved cooking water as necessary to create correct consistency.
