Recipe Ingredients for Home made mac and cheese

4 cups cooked whole wheat macaroni
2 cups grated low fat cheddar cheese
3/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
4 T. Unsalted Butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat free milk

Recipe Directions for Home made mac and cheese

  1. Add shredded cheddar to cooked macaroni.

  2. Combine egg beaters, sour cream, butter, salt, and milk and add to the macaroni.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
