Recipe Ingredients for home made lasaghna (with sausage)

3/4 pound cooked pasta
2 pounds cooked pork sausage
2 pounds cooked hamburger
1 pound sliced mushrooms
3 cups g) hunts spaghetti sauce
1 large onion diced
1 pound grated cheese
1 pound cottage cheese
2 cans tomato paste
340 g Sliced Salad Olives
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for home made lasaghna (with sausage)

  1. cook your noodles and brown your meet together in one pan.

  2. in a large sauce pan combine your spaghetti sauce, tomato paste, olives, onions, mushrooms and diced garlic. cook until thickened.

  3. in a large baking pan put a half a cup of sauce on the bottom and spread around.

  4. place a layer of noodles in pan. edges over lapping by a quarter inch.

  5. on top of noodles place a cup of sauce, a third of your cottage cheese and a third of your meat. place a quarter of your cheese on top.

  6. repeat last step until you run out of room or noodles. alternate the direction you place your noodles. (if you lay them length wise in the pan the next time run them width wise, like weaving. it helps it stay together better.)

  7. on top layer of noodles place sauce, meat and cheese evenly on top.

  8. bake at 350* for 20-30 min until the top is melted and golden brown.
