Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Ice Cream

4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 t. salt
3 c. half and half
4 T. vanilla extract
5 c. whipping cream
3 organic eggs, FRESH

Recipe Directions for Home Made Ice Cream

Scald mild until bubbles form around the edge. Remove from heat. Add sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in half and half, vanilla, whipping cream, and eggs. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Freeze in a ice-cream maker.
