This is great. You have no idea. Full of flavor, good stuff for you, juicy and tender. Easy too. My 7 year old daughter and I made this together today. :) Maybe put them on top of a salad...?

Recipe Ingredients for Home made healthy chicken fingers

2 lbs. chicken, tenderloin, skinless, boneless
3 tbsp mustard, dijon
4 eggs
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 tbsp garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning

Recipe Directions for Home made healthy chicken fingers

  1. mix the eggs, mustard, garlic (minced) in a shallow pan. marinate the chicken strips in the egg mixture, or just dredge through. mix the wheat germ, italian seasoning, maybe some salt and pepper to taste. Dredge chicken covered in egg mixture through the wheat germ mixture to bread. Saute in non-stick pan. Use some olive oil as needed.
