Recipe Ingredients for Home made Granola

7 cups oats, rolled
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 salt, pinch
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup molasses

Recipe Directions for Home made Granola

Combine all the dry ingredients, mix thoroughly, then add the wet ingredients, and mix well. Spread the granola out on two half sheet jelly roll pans covered with parchment paper. Bake at 275 - 300 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
