me and nicoles home made pumpkin seed granola

Recipe Ingredients for home made granola

4 cups oats
1 cup walnuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup maple syrup
1 tbs cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for home made granola

  1. chop nuts and mix with oats

  2. in a pan mix sugar, honey, syrup, cinnamon, oil and vanilla extract.

  3. pour over nuts and oats and stir

  4. cook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, stir and cook for 10 more minutes
