Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Granola

2 1/2 cups steel cut oats
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
2/3 cup maple syrup, organic
1 tbsp honey, organic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup dried apricots, diced

Recipe Directions for Home Made Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Combine Steel cut oats, rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, maple syrup, honey, oil, vanilla and salt in a bowl.

  4. Spread out on baking sheet and bake 20 min, until golden, stirring every 5 min.

  5. remove from oven and let cool.

  6. Transfer to bowl and stir in apricots and cranberries.

  7. Granola can be kept in air-tight container for approx 1 month.
