Serve over yogurt and top with peaches and pecans!

Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Granola

6 cups rolled oats
1 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Home Made Granola

Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. Heat oil and honey on med till mixed then pour over dry ingredients. Stir to coat well and spread on 2 cookie sheets. Bake in 350oven (325 Convection) ~22 minutes, stirring every 7-8 minutes until light brown. If you like it lighter reduce time by 5 minutes
