Recipe Ingredients for home made granola bars version 1

1 2/3 cups Rolled Oats
1/3 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 c roasted cashew
1/2 c roasted almonds
1/2 c roasted walnuts
1/2 c dried cranberries
1/2 c dried blueberries
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c wheat germ
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 tablespoon water

Recipe Directions for home made granola bars version 1

  1. all all liquds, spices and salt, stir to combine, add peanut butter and stir till smooth.

  2. Add oat flour/rolled oats and stir

  3. lightly chop all remaining nuts and stir to combine

  4. stir in fruit/seeds and wheat germ

  5. empty evenly into 12 silicone cup cake molds, press down as firmly as you can, the tighter you pack it now the better they will hold together afterward.

  6. bake at 325 degrees for ~25 mins the longer you bake it the crispier/harder it will be, it will aslo pick up a nuttier flavor, then it burns :)
