1 cup, cooked Oats
15 grams Raisins, Golden Seedless
1 serving Natural Apple Sauce
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
10 grams Sweetened Dried Cranberries Dried Fruit

Recipe Directions for Home made granola bars

mix all ingredients , stir well , place in baking tray either greased or on baking paper , in the oven at 180'C for about 35 mins, cool and cut into squares
