These are so easy to make and they're so much healthier than shop-bought crisps, so much cheaper too!

Recipe Ingredients for Home-made crisps

1 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 Potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin

Recipe Directions for Home-made crisps

  1. Peel the potato and throw away the external peel.

  2. Continue to peel the potato, until there is none left.

  3. Put a tsp of oil on a plate and place the potato peelings onto it, adding the salt and herbs (paprika is great too, or any other spices, anything would work really ).

  4. Put in the microwave on a high heat for 3 mins.

  5. If they are not thoroughly crispy, turn and repeat for another 3 mins.

  6. Enjoy your home-made crisps!
