Recipe Ingredients for home made crepes

1.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1.5 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for home made crepes

  1. start by mixing the flour and vanilla

  2. make a hole in the mix and add eggs and milk

  3. mix well until the lumps are completely dissolved

  4. melt butter and stir it in the mix

  5. fry batter in a hot pan with a spray of butter
