Recipe Ingredients for Home made creamy mushroom soup

10 grams Mushrooms
0.25 cup, grated Carrots
0.25 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tbsp Chicken Flavor Bouillon Granulated
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
2 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 tbsp ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
2 oz Flakes Minced Onion

Recipe Directions for Home made creamy mushroom soup

Melt margarine in 4 qt saucepan or dutch oven. Sautee mushrooms, zucchini, carrot and onion in margarine until softening. Add in flour. Pour in milk and stir until soup thickens. Turn down heat and continue stirring until heated through. Serve hot with a sprinkle of parmesan. Serves 4.
