Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Coleslaw

214 g cabbage
150 g carrot
100 g onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
3 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Home Made Coleslaw

  1. Shred the cabbage (white firm is good) very finely. Grate the carrots and slice the onion as finely as humanly possible. Mix thoroughly a large bowl.

  2. Whisk together the olive oil, mustard and lemon juice and pour over the vegetables. Mix thoroughly until the shredded vegetables are evenly coated.

  3. Chill for several hours before serving.
