Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Chili

1638 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe, skinned and chopped
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 serving Europe's Best Chef's Spinach
2 packages Epicure Cha Cha Chili
1 serving Epicure 3 Onion Dip Mix
1 serving Epicure Poci Picante
1 can Black Turtle Beans
1 can Blue Menu Knidney Beans

Recipe Directions for Home Made Chili

  1. Skin tomato's by placing into boiling water for 5 minutes.

  2. Brown ground steak medium-low heat.

  3. Add chipped onions, peppers.

  4. Add chopped tomato's.

  5. Rinse black beans and kidney beans under hot water, then add to meat and vegetables.

  6. Add 2 Cha Cha Chili packages, and all other spices. Simmer on low for 1 hour or until vegetables are desired consistency and dehydrated spices are ready. Add spinach continue to cook for about 5 minutes and serve.
