Recipe Ingredients for Home Made Chicken and Veg casserole

2 cups of chicken breast
1 large carrot
2 cups of broccoli
2 cups of cauliflower
4 small potatoes
1 cup of chopped celery

Recipe Directions for Home Made Chicken and Veg casserole

Cut all veg to bite size pieces except for celery which will need to be cut into small pieces. All veg par steamed and chicken roasted until cooked through. All items put into a casserole dish with low fat gravy that needs to just cover the food. seasoning if required. cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
