My variation of Chicken pot pie off the back of Campbell's cream of potato soup

Recipe Ingredients for Home made Chicken Pot Pie

1 cup (252g), Soup, Cream of Potato
7 4/5 ounces, Corn Muffin Mix
1 cup (248g) mixed vegetables
1 cup (256g) Peas and Carrots
3/4 cup 2% Milk
3 Chicken Breast, Skinless Boneless
2 tbsp (24g) SPLENDA sugar blend

Recipe Directions for Home made Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Pre Heat oven to 350

  2. Cook 3 Chicken breast chop and put in casserole dish

  3. add 2 cans cream of potato,

  4. drain cans of mixed veggies and peas and carrots and put in casserole dish

  5. add 3/4 cup of milk

  6. Mix Well, flatten out

  7. make Jiffy corn Muffin mix according to box add 2 tbsp Splenda sugar blend- mix well pour on casserole dish bake for 40-45 min
