Recipe Ingredients for Home made cashewnut butter

400 grams cashew nuts (untreated)
3 tsps peanut oil

Recipe Directions for Home made cashewnut butter

  1. Blend nuts in food processor until fine.

  2. For a crunchier butter keep aside about 100 grams.

  3. Add oil and blend until smooth.

  4. If desired, now add the remaining nuts and blend until you get a crunchy butter.

  5. This nut butter should keep several weeks in a refrigerated, tightly sealed jar, the oil preserves it.
