back to basics very easy salad that is quick and satisfying ... I made recipe so that the calorie for 1 potion would show up .. the recipe is based on 1 egg to 3 table spoons of oil all the rest is to taste. can be done by hand or mixes in a food processor. I use my magic bullet and end up with enough dressing for 3 or 4 salads.

Recipe Ingredients for home made caesar salad

6 cups Romaine Lettuce
0.33 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Whole Grain Dijon Prepared Mustard
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
3 dash Pepper, Black
1/2 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco
1 tsp The Original Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Parmesan Cheese
4 tbsp Croutons

Recipe Directions for home made caesar salad

make the dressing first (garlic, lemon juice and pepper) then add lea & perrins , mustard and tobassco to taste. then add the egg blend just until mixed with other ingredients, then and this is the secret to a creamier dressing , add the oil a bit at a time and blend thoroughly. I would say no more than a teaspoon at a time. This dressing stores well in the fridge for about 2 weeks , but you will most likely use it well before then. I like garlic so I use at least 4 cloves and I experiment with different mustard's to change it up a bit. My favorite mustard is presidents choice Dijon with horse radish ... its really got a kick.
