Lasagna with extra veggies and whole wheat , oven ready noodles

Recipe Ingredients for home made beef/veg lasagna

20 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
1 serving Onion
1.5 cup Parmesano
1 1/4 cups Broccoli
1.5 cup Cauliflower
4 serving beatrice 1% cottage cheese
2 serving lasagna noodles blue menu
8 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for home made beef/veg lasagna

Brown beef,drain any fat, add onion,broccoli and cauliflower that has been chopped. Add jar of pasta sauce.Simmer for 5 min. adding some water to make sauce thinner. Ladle some sauce into 9x13 pan. Layer noodles, more sauce,noodles, cottage cheese and remainder of sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 min. Uncover and test for doneness. Sprinkle shredded mozza cheese and put back in oven till cheese is melted. let sit 10 min. before serving.
