Recipe Ingredients for home made banana cake

1 egg Grade A Large Brown Omega-3 Eggs
1 egg Grade A Large Brown Omega-3 Eggs
1 egg Grade A Large Brown Omega-3 Eggs
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
200 grams Flour
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas

Recipe Directions for home made banana cake

  1. Cream the butter and sugar

  2. Add each egg one at a time- whisk in until creamy.

  3. Sift the flour into the mix and fold it in carefully in order to not knock the air out.

  4. Pour the mix into a suitable tin.

  5. Put in an oven (180 c) for around 25-30 mins.
