1 potato, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt

  1. Slice the potato thin (use a food processor or mandolin)

  2. Soak the potato?s in ice water for 10 min. (this helps make them crispy)

  3. Strain and pat dry

  4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and mix with the olive oil.

  5. Spread them on the pan

  6. Salt

  7. Bake for 20 min. or until crispy at 375
