100 g Red Kidney Beans
100 g Cannellini beans
3 cherry tomatoes
1/8 cup tomato paste
1/8 cup white wine
1/4 medium onion, sliced
1/8 tsp garlic, chopped
1/8 cup coriander, chopped
1/4 tsp mild curry powder
1/8 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Home Made Baked Beans in Tomato

  1. sautee onions and garlic

  2. Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste

  3. Add white wine to create a smooth sauce as it cooks

  4. once cooked through and the tomatoes are soft add the two cans of beans and mix in with cheese

  5. Add coriander and cook until soft and wilted
