1/2 red onion
1 salt to taste
3 tbls extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Home Fries

  1. cube potatoes

  2. chop onion

  3. add oil to pan or skillet

  4. heat oil and onions for about 2 minutes

  5. add potatoes

  6. cook lid on 10 minutes

  7. cook lid off 10 minutes to brown

  8. season to taste
