Recipe Ingredients for Home Fries

1 medium potato
1/4 medium onion
2 tsp olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 pinch of thyme
1 pinch of rosemary
1 pinch of oregano

Recipe Directions for Home Fries

  1. Chop potato into cubes.

  2. Place in bowl with two tbsp of water.

  3. Microwave 5 minutes, covered with paper towel, on high.

  4. Meanwhile chop onion and heat olive oil in frying pan.

  5. Add onions to pan, cook until soft.

  6. In short order add spices and then steamed potato to the pan.

  7. Add salt and pepper.

  8. Mix and cook for five minutes.
