Recipe Ingredients for Home-fried rice

4 cups brown rice, cooked
1 cup peas, frozen
1 cup carrot, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 egg
1 tbsp, soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Home-fried rice

  1. Cook rice (1 cup rice to 3 cups water)

  2. Scramble egg without oil

  3. Separately, saute onion in olive oil until translucent

  4. Add rice and veggies

  5. Continue to saute until hot, adding a tsp of water, if needed to prevent sticking

  6. Add egg

  7. Add soy sauce to taste
