Recipe Ingredients for Home-Fried Potatoes

1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
0.8 1tsp Olive Oil
1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions
1 dash Salt, Table
1 tsp Paprika
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.33 second spray Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Home-Fried Potatoes

  1. Boil or microwave potato; cook until tender but still firm (5 minutes microwave / 15 minutes boil). Drain, cool cut into 1/2 inch cubes.

  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, until soft; about 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

  3. Heat skillet and spray with non stick spray.

  4. Add potato cubes, salt, paprika and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are browned; about 10 minutes. Stir in the onions and cook for another minute. Serve hot.
