Recipe Ingredients for Holy Moly Hummus

1/2 cup diced onion
2 tbs minced garlic (more if you dare)
1 tsp olive oil
2 1/2 cups chickpeas (canned or cooked)
1/4 cup tahini
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Holy Moly Hummus

  1. Saute onions and garlic an oliive oil until onions are translucent. In a food processor blend all ingredients until it reaches the desired consistency.

  2. Make 2 cups.

  3. 1 Serving is 2 Tablespoons
