Recipe Ingredients for Holy Moly Guacamole

15 oz peas, drained
1/2 cup avocado, mashed
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
4 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for Holy Moly Guacamole

  1. place peas in a medium bowl and mash throughly with a potato masher or fork

  2. add avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, and seasonings. Continue to mash until blended

  3. Stir in tomatoes, onion, and if you like some cilantro and/or jalapenos. Season to taste

  4. serving size: 1/3 cup
